San Antonio, TX Car Accident Kills Heidi Lowry

One woman is dead after a vehicle collided with her as she attempted to cross Culebra Road in San Antonio, TX on December 3rd, 2012. Heidi Jane Lowry was killed when she stepped off a curb when she was struck by a SUV, and again shortly thereafter by a pickup truck.

Lowry was declared dead on the scene by emergency response personnel. An investigation into the accident remains open. Charges were not expected for either of the drivers.
