Police in Houston, TX identified the woman who was hit and killed by a shuttle bus on November 28, 2012 as 43-year old Carlet Michelle Blake. According to reports, Blake was standing at the corner of Holcombe and South Braeswood when a shuttle bus lost control and struck an SUV at the intersection before swerving and hitting Blake.

Blake was killed in the accident and the bus driver, 54-year old Henry James Foots, was taken to a hospital for unknown injuries. There were others on the bus who were injured in the accident, but their names were not given. Police said that the accident would be investigated further.
