Pharmacist Faces Wrongful Death Lawsuit (WQOW Eau Claire)An Eau Claire pharmacist, who’s in prison for the drug overdose death of his wife, now faces a wrongful death lawsuit. Brenette D. Dove killed after being rear ended by DART city bus

On January 14, 2008 65-year-old Brenette D. Dove was killed when a DART (Dallas Area Rapid Transit) city bus rear ended her SUV.

The accident occured at about 3:30 PM. Mrs. Dove's SUV stalled on East Ledbetter Drive near South Lancaster Road and while she sat in the vehicle waiting for assistance the DART bus collided with her vehicle from behind.

Mrs. Dove was taken to Methodist Dallas Medical Center where she was pronounced dead at approximately 4:00 PM.

The driver of the bus, James Haywood, has been put on administrative leave pending an investigation.

Dart is a murderer. The bus driver had time to avoid hitting the car, but he fell asleep at the wheel and now they are trying to cover it up and not offer the grieving family of Brenette Dove anything at all.
