Two people killed in tragic car accident in Leclaire, IA.
On Friday, March 12, two people were killed in a tragic accident on Interstate 80 in Leclaire, IA. According to police, the two had exited their vehicle after it was stuck in a median. They were walking away from their car when they were struck by another vehicle. The names of the victims have not yet been released.
