Investigation determines that fatal bus crash in Arizona possibly caused by bad brakes.
On Friday, March 5, a bus crash in Phoenix, AZ claimed the lives of six victims. Officials have now determined that the brakes on the bus were in poor condition and the bus should have been taken off the road. The exact cause of the accident, however, has not been determined and the investigation continues.
