On Tuesday, March 9, a tragic accident in Fresno, CA claimed the lives of Donald Fisher, his wife Arlene Fisher, and Brian Fisher, their son. Officials report that a vehicle driven by Manuel Castillas crossed over the center line and crashed head on into the Fisher family vehicle.
