John Ryan killed after being ejected from Toyota Camry.
On Sunday, March 7, John Ryan was killed when his Toyota Camry crashed into a utility pole in Whitley County, IN. An investigation into the incident has revealed that Ryan's Camry had been repaired for issues related to uncontrollable acceleration. But there have been numerous reports across the country of Toyota acceleators sticking even after they were supposedly repaired. Officials are still unsure whether or not such a malfunction was a factor in this accident.
