Police report that Yvonne Kemp crossed the center line and crashed into a light pole, which then fell on the vehicle driven by Jackson. Jackson was killed. Her nine-year-old daughter was thrown from the vehicle. She is currently being treated at a nearby hospital. Kemp was charged with drunken driving, as well as other offenses.
