Guadalupe Mijares was killed in a tragic hit and run accident in El Paso, TX. Police report that Mijares was crossing a street after his truck ran out of gas when he was struck by a vehicle driven by Samuel Reyes. Reyes fled the scene, but later turned himself in at police headquarters.
