Jones County, MS ATV accident claims the life of three-year-old boy.
A tragic ATV accident in Jones County, MS has claimed the life of a three-year-old boy. Police report that the ATV was being driven by an 18-year-old and was carrying three children between the ages of three and eleven. The ATV in question was designed for two riders. The driver of the ATV lost control and flipped over. Other passengers on the ATV suffered minor injuries. Losing a young family member is a terrible tragedy. When this kind of accident is caused by the negligence of another, surviving family members may attempt to file a wrongful death lawsuit. I wish I could say that this is a simple task, but in my experience, people will do almost anything to avoid accepting responsibility for the injuries they cause. But the truth is that the law is on your side. With the help of an experienced wrongful death attorney, you can make sure that those responsible for your loved one's death are brought to justice.
