Rosita Davila killed in rollover accident involving police officer.
On Sunday, March 8, Rosita Davila was killed in a tragic rollover accident in San Antonio, TX. Witness reports state that Davila was on Loop 1604 when off-duty police officer Gabe Trevino attempted to merge onto the freeway, crashing into Davila. According to the police report, Sergeant Trevino was at fault for failing to yield right of way but that Davila failed to take proper "evasive action."
