Richard Glass killed while riding in vehicle involved in crash.
On Sunday, March 7, Richard Glass Jr. was killed in an accident in a Louisa County accident. Police report that Glass was riding in a Honda Accord driven by Ashley Bonner. Bonner lost control of the vehicle and crashed into some trees. Glass died at the scene. Drivers have a responsibility to ensure that they do not endanger other people with their actions. This responsibility extends even to their own passengers. When a passenger is killed due to driver negligence, the victim's family members may wish to file a wrongful death lawsuit. Unfortunately, this is never easy. I have worked on these cases for twenty years and I have seen what people are willing to do in order to avoid accepting responsibility for an accident. But the truth is this: the law is on your side, and with the help of an experienced wrongful death attorney, you can be sure that those responsible for your loved one's death are held accountable.
