Olin Lewis killed in tragic hit and run in Tulsa, OK.
On Saturday, March 6, 91-year-old Olin Lewis was killed in a hit and run accident in Tulsa, OK. Police report that Lewis was driving a motor scooter and had slowed down for a construction zone. A car then crashed into Lewis from behind. Lewis was taken to a nearby hospital, but he died of his injuries. Police are still searching for the driver of the vehicle.
