It claims emergency operators, paramedics and Comcast mishandled the call from a suburban Boynton Beach grandmother desperate for help who subsequently bled to death.
On Friday, March 5, six people were killed and at least fifteen more were injured in a tragic bus crash in Phoenix, AZ. Police report that the bus rear-ended a vehicle and rolled over on an interstate just south of Phoenix. All those injured were aboard the bus. Police are still investigating the accident.
Drivers are responsible for ensuring that they do not endanger other people, including their own passengers. This is especially important for public transportation drivers, as the results of their negligence are often catastrophic. The results of this particular accident are tragic. Victims and victims' family members may wish to seek justice through a lawsuit. I wish I could say that this is an easy task.
