William Steele dies of injuries sustained after being hit by a vehicle.
On Wednesday, March 3, William Steele of Tamaqua, PA died of injuries sustained days earlier after he was struck by a vehicle driven by David Elms. Police report that Elms will face charges, but did not say what those charges would be. Currently, the incident is still under investigation.
