Ermel Roberson of Illinois killed by driver under the influence of a controlled substance.
On Monday, March 1, Ermel Roberson was hit and killed by Staci Spaulding in Illinois. Officials report that Spaulding has been charged with driving while intoxicated causing death. Roberson was rushed to a hospital but died of his injuries. Losing a family member is a traumatic emotional event.
