He was taken to a nearby hospital, but died of his injuries.
When drivers get behind the wheel, they take on a certain responsibility, namely that they do not endanger other people with their actions. This responsibility extends to their own passengers. In cases where a passenger is killed due to negligence on the part of the driver, family members may wish to file a wrongful death law suit. I wish I could say that this is an easy lawsuit. Unfortunately, in my experience, people will do whatever they can to avoid being held responsible for an accident. But the truth is that the law is on your side. With the help of an experienced Texas wrongful death law attorney, you can be sure that those responsible for your loved one's death are brought to justice.
