Waynoka Ricord killed while driving Toyota, possibly due to vehicle defects.
On Sunday, February 28, Waynoka Ricord of Southlake was killed in a single-vehicle crash. Ricord was driving a 2004 Toyota Corolla. Police are still investigating the accident, trying to determine whether or not mechanical failure caused the accident. Losing a loved one in a fatal accident is a devastating emotional experience. If it turns out that another Toyota defect was responsible for this accident, family members may wish to seek justice through a wrongful death suit filed against Toyota. Automakers should be held responsible for the tragedies caused by their negligence. Unfortunately, this will not be an easy lawsuit. Car companies will do everything in their power to avoid accepting responsibility for an accident. But what they don't want you to know is this: the law is on your side. With the help of a wrongful death attorney who has experience in product liability law, even the automaker giants can be brought to justice.
