Police reports in Wichita Falls, TX state that a fatal motorcycle accident on August 27, 2012 left 23-year old Rick Venegas dead. Venegas was reportedly riding his motorcycle south along the access road for I-44, near Missile Road, when he was involved in an accident that cause him to lose control. He was thrown from the bike and was critically injured, reports said.

Venegas was taken to a local hospital by medical personnel, but died from his injuries at approximately 1:03 a.m. on August 28. The exact cause of the accident was not listed, according to reports. Venegas’ death was expected to be investigated further.
