When a loved one dies in a work-related fall, you may be confused on what to do next. I would strongly recommend discussing your case with a wrongful death attorney as soon as you are able to. Immediately after a loved one's death, you may not realize the financial impact it may have on your future. If the wrongful death was caused by the negligence of another, you may be entitled to recover monetary compensation for your losses. A wrongful death attorney will fight for you, and give you the best chance of a successful recovery!
