Witnesses reported seeing a shower of granite, and one worker dangling from above. John Martz fell and estimated 60 feet to the ground. The church was closed in 2006 because of structural problems, but demolition was delayed due to legal challenges.
Have you lost a loved one in a work site fall accident? Are you unsure of what your legal options are? If so, the next thing you should do is discuss your case with a wrongful death lawyer. In unfortunate situations like these, you may not be able to determine who is to blame for the accident. An experienced wrongful death attorney will review your case, investigate, and determine who's negligence, action, or inaction contributed to the fatal accident. A wrongful death claim will then be pursued against all those determined to be liable, so that you can recover the proper amount of compensation that you deserve for your loss.
