We understand that money is not the first thing on your mind after an event such as this. What you may not realize, though, is that employers and their insurance companies often attempt to use your vulnerability immediately following an accident, to their advantage. Most people do not fully grasp the financial burdens that will ultimately fall on the family. Not only will you be billed for medical and final expenses, but you now have one less source of income for your family. A wrongful death attorney understands the damages associated with on-the-job deaths, and knows the proper way of seeking full compensation.
