If you have been injured in a Texas auto accident, or if you have lost a loved one due to an accident that was the fault of another, you may be able to file a lawsuit in Texas to recover compensation for your losses. After speaking with your insurance company (if applicable), but before talking to the negligent party's insurance company, I strongly recommend that you discuss your case with an experienced Texas personal injury or wrongful death attorney. An attorney can advise you on what you need to do next, and help you through the entire process of recovering compensation for your losses and damages.
