Two dead, several injured following 3-vehicle accident in Savoy Texas
Two people are dead, and three were injured after a 3-car accident on Monday, January 25th, 2010. According to police, a man driving a Cable One pickup truck rear-ended a sedan, causing it to flip over. Two people in the sedan were pronounced dead on the scene. A three-year-old boy in the sedan survived with non-life threatening injuries. A third vehicle was also involved in the collision, with the driver suffering injuries. The three-year-old boy, the driver of the third vehicle, as well as the driver of the Cable One pickup were all taken to the hospital.
If you have been injured in a Texas auto accident, or if you have lost a loved one due to an accident that was the fault of another, you may be able to file a lawsuit in Texas to recover compensation for your losses. After speaking with your insurance company (if applicable), but before talking to the negligent party's insurance company, I strongly recommend that you discuss your case with an experienced Texas personal injury or wrongful death attorney. An attorney can advise you on what you need to do next, and help you through the entire process of recovering compensation for your losses and damages.
