Irineo Tambunga Dead After Fatal Car Wreck in Wichita Falls, TX

According to news sources a fatal single-car accident in Wichita Falls TX left one man dead on July 26 2012. Sources also reported that the deceased was later identified as 82-year old Irineo Tambunga. Tambunga reportedly lost control of his car while driving north along I-44 and struck a pole.

After the initial wreck Tambungas car came to a rest in a nearby culvert where it ignited. Emergency workers responded to the scene and took Tambunga to a hospital but he died from his injuries. The accident happened at about 3:30 in the afternoon.
