A horrible accident caused the death of three people on Monday, January 13th, 2010. A 44,000 pound coil of steel fell off of the back of a tractor-trailer as the driver took a hard turn in Orange County, Indiana. The coil first struck a Chevy S-10, instantly killing Zach Staggs, 22, and Shannon Steele, 21. Stagg's 11-year-old sister was taken to Kosair Children's Hospital with serious injuries. The coil then hit a Chevy Aveo driven by Michael Daughtery, 41. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
