3-year-old Zeth Carrier dies in early morning South Dallas mobile home fire
3-year-old Zeth Carrier lost his life early Friday morning, January 1st, 2010, in a South Dallas mobile home fire. Around 3:00 a.m., neighbors heard someone yelling for help. When they ran out, they could see that a mobile home was on fire, and could hear neighbor Kevin Carrier saying that his baby was still in the home. Neighbors tried to enter the home to find the boy, but were unable to fight through the smoke and fire. Kevin Carrier was able to rescue his 6-year-old son, and two little girls living in the home were spending the night at a neighbors house. Neighbors say the family lost everything they own in the fire. While the cause of the fire has not been determined, it will be a very important piece to this case. Even before you have all of the facts, you need to talk to an experienced Dallas wrongful death attorney. There are a number of factors that will shape a Dallas wrongful death claim involving a house fire. There may be many negligent parties to bring wrongful death lawsuits against, and without proper legal training, it will be virtually impossible to secure proper compensation for your losses.
