According to local news reports 28-year old Christopher Douglas 37-year old Stacy Henry 13-year old Tyra Moye and 11-year old Tiara Moye were all killed in a fatal two-car accident on June 15 2012. Sources said Douglas was driving a 1996 Jeep Cherokee along RE 255 in Jasper County TX when he apparently swerved into the opposite lane of traffic and struck another vehicle.

Douglas the Moyes and Henry were killed immediately in the accident. Police said that Tyra Tiara and Douglas were not wearing seat belts when the crash occurred. The driver of the second vehicle as identified as 49-year old Paul Baker. Baker was injured and in serious condition at a local hospital.
