20-year-old Arialdo Hernandez lost his life in a rollover accident in Fort Worth, Texas
On October 2, 2009, 20-year-old Arialdo Hernandez lost his life after succumbing to injuries sustained in a rollover accident. The rollover accident occurred approximately one week earlier on the 2900 block of East Loop 820 in Fort Worth, TX as Mr. Hernandez was riding in the rear seat of the vehicle when it rolled over. Authorities state that accident happened as the driver of the vehicle struck a curb while driving at a high rate of speed. Mr. Hernandez was ejected from the vehicle. He was transported to an area hospital where he later died from his injuries.
If Mr. Hernandez' family were to pursue a wrongful death case against the driver of the vehicle, the special circumstances surrounding the incident would make it worthwhile to enlist the help of an experienced rollover accident attorney. The cause of the accident seems to be very straightforward, however, if a vehicle defect was present, it may have contributed to the severity of the injuries sustained. In such an event, an experienced wrongful death attorney will be able to help the family pursue a wrongful death claim against multiple defendants such as the manufacturer of the car.
I hope the best for the family of the victim.
