According to official news sources in Lebanon IN a fatal single-car accident along I-65 left one person dead and one injured. The accident happened on June 18 2012 at about 4:50 in the morning near the Lafayette Avenue exit along the interstate. Sources said that a van driven by 19-year old Allen Griffin collided with a guardrail.

20-year old Rayyah Andrews a passenger in the back seat of the van was ejected in the crash and died from her injuries. Police said that she was not wearing a seat belt and was laying down in the van. Passengers Vyshona Simmons was reportedly injured in the accident as well as Griffin. Police did not state the specific cause of the accident.
