According to Beaumont TX local reports a fatal two-car collision left four people dead and one man injured. The accident happened on June 15 2012 at about 8:30 at night. Police said that 28-year old Christopher Lemond Douglas was driving an SUV along Recreational Road 255 and was carrying 37-year old Stacey Rae Henry 13-year old Tyra Moye and 11-month old Tiara Moye.

Police said that Douglas SUV collided with a pickup truck in a head-on crash for unknown reasons. The impact killed Douglas Henry and both Tiara and Tyra Moye immediately. The driver of the pickup truck Bryan Paul Baker was injured and taken to a nearby hospital.
