Ronald Greenfield dies after being hit by debris from NDK America Plant explosion
Ronald Greenfield, 63, of Chesterton, Indiana was killed December 7th, 2009 when a piece of debris several feel long, struck the truck driver hundreds of feet away from the explosion as he stood next to his truck. The building was designed to break away in the event of an explosion, and that is exactly what happened. Unfortunately, the accident still caused the wrongful death of Mr. Greenfield.
Although accidental, Mr. Greenfield's death was avoidable. NDK America, the company who owned the building and manufactured crystals for LCD displays, could be held liable for Mr. Greenfield's wrongful death. If a loved one of yours has been killed due to the possible negligence of others, you need to hire an aggressive wrongful death lawyer to fight for what your family deserves. A wrongful death attorney will take your side against the insurance companies, get you fair monetary compensation and (most importantly) help prevent people from going through the same thing later by changing inadequate safety practices.
