The wrongful death attorneys of Grossman Law Offices are hired to represent the families of Felicia Hicks, Freedom Fitch, and Craig Rector
On October 16, 2009, Freedom Fitch, Craig Rector, and Felicia Hicks were killed in a car accident in Conroe, Texas. The accident occurred at the intersection of South Loop 336 and Porter Road at approximately 10:30 a.m. when a young man allegedly ran a red light and struck a Mazda sedan carrying all three of the victims. None of the passengers in the Mazda survived. Freedom Fitch and Felicia Hicks left behind a young daughter.
Shortly after the accident, the families of the victims hired the Texas wrongful death attorneys of Grossman Law Offices to launch an investigation into the accident and to file a subsequent lawsuit against any possible defendants. As with any of these types of cases, our attorneys singular goal is to ensure that the couple's young daughter is fairly compensated. The loss of financial support associated with losing both parents places an undue burden on other family members.
Authorities indicated that there were many witnesses that saw the accident or that saw the defendant driving in an allegedly illegal manner prior to the accident. At this time, we ask any witnesses that may have seen this accident to come forward.
