Reports claimed that a fatal moped accident in Galveston TX took the life of 38-year old Roel Ramos while he was visiting a local restaurant. Ramos was reportedly at The Spot a local eatery when he borrowed an employees moped.

Ramos drove the moped along 31st street where he crashed the moped and died from his injuries. He was not wearing a helmet at the time of the accident sources say. A local hospital declared him dead on May 14 2012 at about 12:10 in the morning.
