Neenah, WI — A fatal accident along Highway 41 left a delivery truck driver dead in Neenah on Monday, December 9, 2013. Police said that they aren’t releasing the victim’s name, but confirmed that he was 68-year old and a Wisconsin resident
The accident happened at about 10:30 a.m. as traffic had begun to back up on Highway 41 from a previous accident. Near Breezwood Lane’s exit, police said that a delivery truck approached a stopped semi-truck and wasn’t able to brake in time, hitting the back of it.
The 68-year old driver of the delivery truck was killed and the semi-truck driver’s condition wasn’t released. Police said that they’re going to investigate further.
