Commentary To be
able to seek restitution following a plane crash, a thorough examination
of the accident scene must occur. A number of variables can factor into
a plane crash, from pilot error, to inclement weather, to problems in
communication with tower control. For standing in a wrongful death claim
to exist, an investigation would need to expound on the human element
of the potential causes and determine if a party acted outside the
boundaries of normal flight operation.
