According to KXAN, two brothers were killed in a single-vehicle accident
on Highway 95 in Elgin, Texas. The accident occurred around 4 p.m.

believe Ronald was driving when the vehicle swerved off the highway and
struck a concrete culvert.
Commentary When a
single-vehicle accident occurs, it is imperative that a private
investigation be conducted. These types of incidents can produce more
questions than answers regarding a cause. We litigated a
one-car accident in the past that was carried by the local news outlets.
Reading the comments, almost everyone blamed the driver for operating
recklessly. However, after a complete inspection of the vehicle, an
issue was spotted with the steering mechanism. This proved to be the
reason our client lost control of the vehicle, not recklessness.
My point in describing that situation is that an accident
usually has several theories towards a cause, many of which may not be
evident at the scene. Furthermore, it can be offensive to a victim
and/or their family when they or their loved ones are accused of
something to which they have no hand in.
