Suspected drunk driving accidents, or alleged drug-influenced driving accidents, can cause serious harm. When such accidents result in the loss of life, the ramifications for an affected family can be far-reaching. In the event that a negligent driver is found liable for a fatal auto accident, such a driver can be held civilly liable for the consequences of their actions. Furthermore, depending on the circumstances leading up to the fatal car accident, Arizona dram shop law may be applicable to a possible negligent bar or restaurant. An independent investigation can look into such issues so that all liable parties might be identified who may bear responsibility for this tragic accident.
