When fatal auto accidents occur, a suspected liable driver can bear civil liability for the results of their actions, regardless of whether or not they're also facing criminal charges. Should alcohol have been a contributing factor, Arizona dram shop law, aka liquor liability law, may play a role should the driver have become intoxicated at a bar or restaurant prior to the accident. If such a series of events occurred leading up to the rollover wreck, the alcohol-serving establishment could be held partially liable for a wreck resulting in injury or death. If negligent behavior is suspected to have occurred from one or multiple parties in contributing to this fatal accident, an independent investigation can be conducted in order to ascertain the cause or causes of this unfortunate car accident.
