Gregory Dee Killed in Suspected DUI Auto Accident in Deep River, CT
According to recent news reports from Deep River, Connecticut, 24-year-old Gregory Dee, of Deep River, was killed on Thursday, Dec. 23 in a suspected drunk driving accident. He was a passenger in a car driven by 28-year-old Mark Glovac, of Essex, when the pair were traveling southbound on Route 9 and hit a guardrail, went through a wooded area in the median before stopping. The accident occurred around 9 a.m. near Exit 5 on Route 9. Dee was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident. Glovac was treated and released from an area hospital. He was then charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. Police are further investigating the accident.
