51-year-old James Cottrell and 52-year-old Julia O'Conner Cottrell were killed in a pedestrian accident
On October 31, 2008 51-year-old James Cottrell and his wife 52-year-old Julia O'Conner Cottrell were killed as they when they were struck by an automobile. The pedestrians were walking down Highway 34 in Osceola, IA at approximately 6:00 PM when they were struck by a car by Marlan Boor. Boor has been arrested on two counts of vehicular homicide.
