A note from wrongful death lawyer E. Michael Grossman:
Work related accidents have been a common occurrence in recent history but it is rare that you have a single accident with such a devastating impact. I would be very interested to hear the facts of this accident. In my 20 years of practicing law related to work related accidents the common theme with these types of catastrophic accidents is that someone other than the victims is likely to blame. Certainly there have been times where the accident was contributed to by the employee but the vast majority of the time the onus falls on the employer.
These men should have gone home to their families after work. They should have continued to live long happy lives and they most certainly did not deserve what happened.
I will keep them and their families in my prayers.
