Pedestrian dies after being hit by pickup truck in Pottsboro, TX.

On Saturday September 25 a 43-year-old woman waskilled in an accident in Pottsboro TX. The accident occurred on Highway 120 just after 9:00 p.m.  According to local police the victim waswalking across the highway with her three children and two other people.  Allegedly she was struck by a passing pickuptruck.  She was rushed to a hospital inDallas but she did not survive her injuries. The name of the victim was not immediately available.  Police report that the driver of the pickuptruck will not face criminal charges.
