James Quinn Wilson killed in train accident in Amarillo, TX May 29, 2008

On May 29, 2008 James Quinn Wilson, a Union Pacific Railroad employee died in a train accident near North East 3rd St. Authorities say that Wilson was riding on a train car that was in motion when he fell onto the track below. He was ran over by several of the cars and died at the scene.

This represents yet another tragic work related death in the rail road industry. My firm has represented families who lost a loved one in several similar cases and the resounding question that the families of the victims always ask is "How did this happen?"

Of course my firm has secured millions of dollars for our clients, but the most personally rewarding thing for me is to know that we have helped them to find out what happened to their loved ones and to help ensure that it doesn't happen to again.

I am sure that Mr. Wilson's family is devastated by this tragedy and I wish them the best.
