Jason Bauer dies in construction site fall in Sioux Falls, SD.
On Friday, August 27, a construction site accident in
Sioux Falls, SD claimed the life of 31-year-old Jason Bauer from Omaha,
NE.Investigators still do not know
exactly how the accident occurred, but initial reports indicate that a steel
beam at the construction site allegedly gave way and fell.Bauer was wearing a safety harness that was
attached to this beam, so when it gave way, it caused Bauer to fall.Bauer was severely injured in the fall and
taken to a local hospital, but he died of his injuries shortly after
arrival.The accident is still being
investigated, as police try to figure out why the beam fell.
