Glenn Charles Parker died in an electrocution accident
near Winter, WI on Sunday, August 8.Parker was a utility worker employed by North Central Power.When the accident happened, he was trying to
restore power to the area and pulling up wires in Sawyer County that had been
knocked down by strong storms, according to a utility company
representative.Early reports about the
accident indicate that, while pulling up wires, Parker came in contact with a
live wire and was electrocuted.Paramedics
tried to revive him, but it is believed that Parker was killed at the
scene.Police continue to investigate
the incident, trying to figure out exactly what happened.
