Passenger Amanda Knelson killed in one-car accident near Paris, TX.
On Saturday, August 21, 31-year-old Amanda Harper
Knelson of Bogata was killed in a one-vehicle accident near Paris, TX.Knelson was one of two passengers in a
vehicle driven by another person along U.S. 271 when the crash occurred.According to local police reports, the driver
of the vehicle lost control at approximately 2:19 a.m. and veered off the
road.The car crashed into a guard rail.Knelson was pronounced dead at the
scene.The driver suffered minor
injuries, while the other passenger was rushed to a hospital in Dallas with
serious injuries.Police are still
investigating the accident.So far, no
charges have been filed against the driver, thought the investigation is
ongoing.
