44-year-old Beth A. Davis dies in accident with a pizza delivery driver
On June 1, 2008 44-year-old Beth A. Davis and her husband 43-year-old Jack Evans sustained major injuries in a motorcycle accident involving a pizza delivery driver. A few hours later, Mrs. Davis' injuries proved to be fatal.
The accident occurred in Santa Fe, TX. as the pair was traveling south on Tower Rd. at approximately 9:00 on Sunday evening. A pizza delivery driver heading the opposite direction allegedly looked away from the roadway to sort through some cash. Witnesses describe the impact as nearly a head-on collission.
Beth Davis and Jack Evans were both ejected from the motorcycle. They were transported to University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston by helicopter.
Mrs. Davis was pronounced dead at 12:05 AM Monday. She was survived by five childred.
