Moped rider killed by drunk driver

UPDATE!!!

Investigators have condcluded that the 60-year-old rider was killed after his moped was struck by an SUV driven by 34-year-old Scott Wyatt. The moped was traveling at normal highway speeds when it was struck from behind by an allegedly intoxicated Wyatt. Police have arrested Wyatt on charges of intoxication manslaughter.

The body of a man was discovered on I-30 in Dallas near Fair Park. Investigators beleive the man was riding a moped they found near his body. The cause of the accident has not yet been determined, nor has the potential involvement of any other vehicles. The accident occurred early in the morning on May 19, 2008.
