Pasenger dies when Marecelino Davila allegedly rolls vehicle

On May 2, 2008 a woman was killed when an  intoxicated Marecelino Davila allegedly rolled his vehicle on I-10 in West El Paso County. According to authorities, the driver lost control and rolled the car while traveling eastbound near Westway and Vinton.

A local news affiliate who was on the scene reporting on the incident discovered Davila sleeping in the news team van. A photographer called a sherrif deputy over to the van and Davilla was arrested.

Davilla is being held on charges of intoxication manslaughter.
