Dump truck collides with school bus killing 1 injuring 12

On May 1, 2008 a dumptruck collided with a school bus in northern Kentucky killing one and injuring twelve. The details of the accident are still sketchy but it appears that the accident may have been caused by the dumptruck rolling over after carrying too much speed into a turn. It is not yet known whether the deceased victim was an adult or a child. The bus was transporting students ranging from elementary age to high school age.
